High-Performance Sub-Harmonic Mixing from 50 to 350+ GHz

Farran’s SPM Series Sub-Harmonic Mixers are precision-engineered modules designed for frequency conversion in advanced millimeter-wave systems. Operating from 50 to beyond 350 GHz, these mixers are ideal for applications where high-frequency LO sources are impractical.

Utilizing planar GaAs Schottky diode technology, the SPM series delivers excellent performance with low conversion loss and minimal LO drive requirements. Compact and lightweight, they are ideal for integration into spectrum analysis, signal processing, and measurement systems at mmWave and sub-THz frequencies.
